this app is very well thought out. its creator is open to suggestions about any flaws that might exist. flexibility and adaptation are easy in this app with a multitude of programs and standalone workouts for anyone and the ability to increase or decrease sets as necessary. communication has never been more enjoyable with the community that becomes available to you once you purchase this app. thanks to this app, I found my fitness lifestyle.
unreal app .. its my first month , literally couldn't get upside-down .. month later I'm literally typing this message in a 1 arm handstand .. I barely use my legs anymore , just for balance ... 🤸♂️
Best thing I've found on the internet for detailed progression to advanced calisthenics movements. Great for strength, mobility and technique. Tons of exercises. Highly customizable. I could not recommend it more highly.

I am getting bugs. The timer for what would be 1:30 min ends in a few seconds. And the screen swipes without my input.
the timer and stuff doesnt really work. and i hate that if u quit the workout to pause it it doesnt let you pick back up where u left off. its starts at the beginning of tbe workout
Sondre Berg's program is definitely one of the most complete programs I've tried and has taught me tons of progressions and form cues that I wouldn't have thought of. fantastic app.
